Out in Harmony’s January concert is this Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 7:30 pm at Central Presbyterian Church in Vancouver!

Eh? ~ The Can Con-Cert is bursting with music by Canadian Composers and arrangers, some of whom are familiar (ie Barenaked Ladies, Neil Young, Stan Rogers, Rufus Wainwright, the list goes on…), some of whom are local (ie Brian Tate, Stephen Chatman, Karen New, and many more), and all of whom are fabulous musicians who compose/write/arrange wonderful works that are a pleasure to sing and a joy to listen to.  We have music which may give you the giggles, music that may leave you sighing, and some music that might just make you want to get up and dance.

The doors open at 7pm, and tickets are available at the door, or at Little Sisters’ Emporium (at 1238 Davie Street).  The church is at 1155 Thurlow Street in Vancouver (convenient to transit along Burrard or Davie Streets), and the accessible entrance is around back.  We will have baskets of Canadian-themed items to be raffled off before the end of the night, and a finger food reception afterwards.  General Admission tickets are $15, with $10 concession tickets also available. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Please join us for this wonderful concert, and support Out in Harmony, -Vancouver’s Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer, Lesbian, & Friends Adult Community Choir.
