Passing the Mic – amplifying voices from outside the spotlight

Out in Harmony, your favorite Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer, Lesbian, & Friends Community Choir, invites you to our upcoming concert, PASSING THE MIC – Amplifying Voices From Outside The Spotlight.

Join us January 26th for a concert in which we explore, celebrate, and amplify the music of composers who don’t fit into the cis-white-het-male-mainstream. We bring you voices of women, of gay men, of people of colour, and of people from all along the queer spectrum. We bring you the heart music of people who refuse to be relegated to the sidelines.  Come join us as we are inspired by music that calls us to community and to action. It is music that shares our stories, expresses our lives, and defiantly shouts out to the world who we are. Help us amplify these voices and bring them into the spotlight.
