Thanks to everyone who helped make our booth a success at Pride on Sunday – Choir members, visitors, friends, and family – we couldn’t have done it without you!
The booth looked great with colourful signs, balloons, and brochures; choir members got to re-connect with each other as well as with other friends we hadn’t seen in a while, and we had lots of folks stop by the booth and learn more about us. We hope to see many of you in the fall when we start up again. Hooray!
In addition, thanks to generous donations by Big Bus and the Playhouse Theatre, we were able to hold a draw for some fabulous prizes: Sets of adult passes to Big Bus’s 2-day Vancouver Tour, and 2 tickets to see The Fantasticks at Playhouse Theatre. Congratulations to the winners!
